This Pacific nation of 32 atolls and one island is looking to relocate to higher ground. With the highest point in the entire nation at only 6 feet above sea level, Kiribati (formerly known as the Gilbert Islands) has already lost 2 atolls to rising seas and is concerned about the rest of it's tiny country.
