Bargain Travel

The subject of these two articles that appeared on MSNBC.com is "bargain travel". I'm seeing many similar articles, all with the idea that now is the best time in years to take that dream trip. Many articles specifically mention the great bargains that are available in Hawaii. Hopefully, these comments will get people to think that a Hawaii vacation is affordable and that they should pick up the phone and make those reservations.

Of course, the flip side is that we'll be dealing with the bargain-hunter mentality for years to come! Let's just get them in here now and we'll worry about that type of thinking should the time come.
