Rates Down, Occupancy Up For Last Week

Compared to the other three main islands, Maui had the largest increase in occupancy for the week ending April 14 compared to last year. Island occupancy was 67.3%, up 5.5% from last year. Unfortunately, even though Maui had the highest ADR for Hawaii of $218.35, that is down 10% from the same period last year.
