Maui's Condo Market - November

In November, Maui had only 29 condo sales. That's 29 sold on the entire island. The median sales price was $399,000, down dramatically from $640,156 for November of 2007.

Part of the reason for the low average price may be that about half of the sales were in Kihei, where the average price is always lower than that of the West Side.
